 Meat  and Fish Protein
  Milk and Dayry food, Calcium

Frut and vegetables,
minerals and vitamines


Bread, other cereals and potatoes,
carbohydrates.  





3.- Tony is very disappointed. Why? Because he can't be enter in the football team.

He need more exercice and eat properly
