The Alex friend's party is in the afternoon, specifically at 3 o'clock.  Tiggywinkles has got about 1000 animals. It is a hospital for wild animals but there aren't any crocodriles or sharks. They help small animals. They most be  quiet because is a hospital

A big adventure

She usually goes to the shops with her friends but today she is going for a bike ride with Steven. She is making the sandwiches at the moment. She is preparing a sandwiches with tuna but Steven prefers cheese. Steven are putting the water in his bag. The bike ride is 2 kilometers. Steven is tacing but Alex prefers eating at the river. There isn't much water but Alex gives to Steven the sandwich. But Steven doesn't like the sandwich and he prefers an apple.

A day in our lives

She gets up at seven o'clock. Her sister is in the bathroom. She eats brakfast at half pas seven. Her school starts at 9.00 o'clock and her first class is Spanish. After the break she has got a double maths classes. Her favourite class is PE. School finishes at half past three. She dos homework every day an then she reads magazines. At seven she has the dinner. At 10 she goes to bed.

My ideal home

My ideal home, is a modern house and it's near the city, but in a quiet street. It's a normal house with ten bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a kitchen and a big living room with a lot of TV's, computer games and cards.

Everyone at the moment, are playing in the living room because the want to try the new Call of Duty or Fifa 12. The others are plying on the Nintendo DS or in the PSP.

My favourite room is my big bedroom with pink furniture and big because I want to put my cothes. I like it because pink is my favourite colour and because there are pictures of Picasso.

UNIT 1: OUR TOWN

Becky and Alex are friends. Alex has got a cousin. His name's Steven. He's from London. Today Becky and Alex are talking about the city. Steven, says this is not a big city because there aren't any airports, and in London there are 5 airports! But the girls say to him that in Oxford there are 2 shopping centers, sports centers, cinemas and a river. Then they go to a clothes shop and Becky buys a black T-shirt. But Steven prefers to go a CD shop.

My last Summer!

 First I went to Platja D'aro, with my friends in the beach. Second I went to Tossa with Pau and Laura and finally I returned to Banyoles.


In Platja d'Aro, I played football on the beach, and I went to Aquadiver with my brother. And of course, I went to the cinema to see "EL PLANETA DE LOS SIMIOS"

In Tossa de Mar, I stayed for 5 days with Pau and Laura. We went to the beach and we played football in a football pitch. And one day we went fishing, and I caught 4 fish!

In Banyoles, I stayed every day with my friends and I prepared to return to school.

Chicharito Hernández's full name is Javier Hernández Balcázar. He was born on first july in 1988, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. He has brown hair and he is short. He's slim and he isn't very tall. His professional nams is  Chicharito Hernández.

THE WEATHER.

The weather is a very popular topic of conversation in Britain. That's because the weather changes a lot.

Sixty-five per cent of all the days in Britain ara overcast.

The seasons i Britian are fairly clear. Wintaer lasts from December to Febaruary. It's coold and wet but doesen't often snow. Sprinc is from March to May. It starts to get a bit warmer and there are mose sunny days. The summer months are June, July and Agust when it can be very hot. Then the autumn - Setember, October, November - often has foggy, cold wt days and the leaves fall from the trees.

Reading

British people read a lot. They read a nespapers, books and magazines. And text messages on their mobile phones. In the libary you can borrow books but you can also buy a cup coffee, look at an art exhibiton, sit in a quiet study area or coneect to the internet. 

You can also now b orrow CDs, vidios and DVDs of films and television programmes. Some libraries even let you borrow computer games.

SCORPIONS

Scorpions are a heavy metal band from Germany. Their most famous hit is the 1980s rock song "Rock you like Hurricane", and they have sold more than 100 million albums! Now, after 45 years of performing, Scopions are retiring. They say their 2010 album, Sting in The Tail, is their last. Are a very great heavy metal group! I really like it!

Unit 7

Sports.

Millions of people practice sports every day but the  genelary is the people play their sport in the weekend. The top level of the game is professional football in the  Premiership. We went to training session with a Permiership team from South East London, Charlton Athletic. 

In Britain also a much people play cricket. Local teams play in towns and villages every Saturday and Sunday from April to September.

Cricket is played between two teams of 11 people like football.

Other popular sports are golf, swimming, cycling, keep fit and walking. But there is no doubt that for most people football is the national sport.

Animals

People love animals but someofthe world's animalss are dangerof extinction. There are serval reasons for this. But the must serious threat to animals is from man. Chimpanzee and whale meatare popular with some people. Another big problem isthe destruction of rainforest. Animals born in Britian are now back in the Congo and Gabon in Africa. They are surviving and adapting successfully to conditions there.

The night of Sant Joan.

Every year there's a big celebration in Catalonia. It's Sant Joan Celebration. The celebration is in June in the summer.

On the night of Sant Joan I live throwing fireworks with my brother.

I like the shapes of fireworks. But i don't like fireworks because they are dangerous.

In my class there are in my class are 32 and are from 4 different countries: Spain, India, Morroco and Russia but all speak the same language and the truth is that we understand very well. My level of English isen't very good. My vocabulary is better than my speaking and listening. Here is some information about my school.

School starts at 9:00,  there are six lessons every day, except on Tuesday that there are seven lessons and on Friday there are 5 lessons. Every lesson are one hour. And the compulsory lessons are Spanish, History, English, Catalan, Science and Maths and you can choose hervarium or physical and human diversity.I usually have lunch at my house but you can have lunch at school.

British House.

There are a lot of different kinds of houses. This is the kind of house you find in British towns. sometimes in a long row, but some terraceshave only got afew houses.

Houses in different parts of Britain can look very different.Here are lots of regional variations because builders use local materials. There  are traditional  thatched cottages.Thatch is made from reeds and is used for the roof.Cottage is the name for a small house in the country.

Shopping

People in Britain reallly like shopping. In a recent survey 56% of woman love shopping of 16 and 40 described shopping as their main hobby. They often go shopping every day! Traditional, local shops exist in some areas. They sell different things like foood, medicines and cosmetics, clothes and books. there are lots of big out-of-town shopping centres where there are many shops in a large indoor area. the most abvious feature is the car park because people drive to the centres.

For most students in Britain, the school day starts between eight thirty and nine o'clock. People travel to school using many diferent kinds of transport.

The school day starts with registration. After two or tree lessons there is a break. this is fifteen minutes when students go out into the playground.

Loud is the new album by R&B singer Rihanna. " I can't believe it's the fifth album already," says the 22-year-old singer from Barbados. "The name of the album reflects its attitude. It gets your attention," the says. "I wanted songs that had that West Indian vibe... that tone and energy!"

I think the best song in the album of Rihanna is Only Girl in the World. Thats fantastic! But Rihanna are one of the bestes singers on the world. She is very beatufil and sympathetic. I think is a good person.

Molló is a village in the north in Catalonia. It's got a population of about 360, and tgere are toutits because they like the peacefunlness. i like Molló because it is a peaceful and very quiet village. For tourists there are a lot of restarutants and there is a zoo of the animals which live there. My favorite places are the mountain "Roques Blanques" and the pool. Molló is 137 kilometers from Barcelona. There are different buses to go to Girona. Molló is a fantastic village. I really like it.
